Covid-19 - Coronavirus

Due to the current Pandemic we have had to make some changes to our postal methods and postal prices for larger orders

Please read the text below, but basically, for each 20 euros ordered or part over, then 2,99 euros postage is applied

PLEASE NOTE THINGS CAN CHANGE WITHOUT US BEING ABLE TO UPDATE OUR WEBSITE AS THIS IS A FAST MOVING SITUATION, WE TRUST YOU UNDERSTAND - we will do our best to keep any changes up to date

COVID-19 Changes:

Due to restrictions with our local post office being closed and the next village (currently Locmine) only being open only on limited days we have had to make some changes as below.

Collection from the post box outside in Moreac is as normal, just not the counter service, so we can post your orders here as normal

Also we do not wish to expose ourselves any more than necessary at this time, we do not wish to que in a post office, we trust you understand

We are able to process orders and post them to a value of 20 euros plus postage and packing as we have pre-paid postage envelopes

Whilst we can continue to order our postage online we can continue to trade

So for any orders over 20 euros we may have to post them separately for each 20 euros ordered, so on a temporary basis we will introduce a new postage price which is 2,99 euros for each 20 euros ordered, or part over, for example if your order is 20 euros the postage would be 2,99 if it was 24 euros the postage would be 5,98 euros and so on.

The postage will automatically update to the correct amount in your shopping basket, if sending a cheque please remember to add 2,99 euros for each 20 euros or part of (as above)

This postage rate advice overrides any other prices on our website and as soon as the problem is over we will revert to normal, if we can post the order in one go, we will, but we cannot offer a part refund of postage as we are doing our best financially to make this work for all

Please note that La poste are having a more limited service so postage to you may take a little longer, you will need to be patient and understand that everyone is doing their best
